2. What this website does with your data

Visiting the website. This website is hosted with Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA, using Cloudflare Pages). When you open a page, Cloudflare’s servers automatically process technical data that your browser sends, such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested file and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it secure. We do not use this data to identify you. Our domain name is managed by our domain registrar (Hostinger), which answers domain name (DNS) requests.

No cookies, no tracking. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or social media plugins. Fonts and images are loaded from our own website, not from third-party servers.

Contacting us. If you write to us by email, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message in order to reply. Clicking “Write an email” opens your own mail program. “Open in Gmail” and “Open in Outlook” take you to those services, which process your data under their own privacy policies. “Copy address” only copies our email address to your clipboard in your browser and sends no data.

Links to other websites. The links to LinkedIn and X lead to third-party platforms. When you click them, those platforms may process your data under their own privacy policies. We have no influence on that.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to deliver and secure the website, and to answer your enquiries and prepare possible cooperation. Where the GDPR or a comparable law applies to you, the legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in a secure and working website and in answering enquiries).

4. Who receives your data

Your data is only passed on to the service providers needed to run this website and our email: Cloudflare as hosting provider, Hostinger as domain registrar, and our email provider. We do not sell your data. Because these providers may operate servers in different countries, your data can be processed outside your country of residence.

5. How long we keep it

Server log data is kept by the hosting provider only for as long as it needs it for operation and security. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and as long as legal retention duties require.

6. Your rights

Where data protection law applies to you, you have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To use these rights, write to gregor.lindner@inblend.pro. You can also complain to the data protection authority responsible for you.

7. Changes

If we add features that process data (for example analytics or a contact form), we will update this policy before we do so.
